Recap
It was a second chance for SK Dons to claim second place in League Two for this season as they took on a Pathetico Madrid team who were the only team who could still catch them.
The Dons hit the front on three minutes through an own goal, but that lead lasted just 6 minutes before Sam Henderson levelled things up for Pathetico. Matthew Richardson restored the Dons lead 11 minutes from the break, but it was Desmond at half time as Adam Norton grabbed a second equiliser two minutes from the break.
The Dons went in front for a third time 14 minutes from time as Kyle Norris got himself on the score sheet, but for a third time Pathetico got themselves back in it, John Lodge with their third. A minute later and the Dons were in front for a 4th time as Norris got his second, but predictably Pathetico hit back again through Norton’s second. Richardson’s second three minutes from time had the Dons back in front for a 5th time, but this time they were able to see it through as Jamie Davenport’s goal in the final minute gave the Dons the win and second spot in the final League Two table.
