Oooze FC vs Mirror Signol Malouda
Despite both teams having a few games left this season, it seemed as though both fortunes were sealed for this season. Oooze will happily finish mid-table, but Mirror Signal Malouda will be looking to finish thier season in style at the top of the Tuesday Premiership.
Jack Storer gave Mirror Signal the lead in the 7th minute, before Adam Corr drew the game level in the 9th minute. Jack scored his second of the game, followed by Josh Morrisey’s first, giving Mirror Signal a 3-1 lead. Phil Parker reduced the defecit to one going into the half time break to ensure the second half was all to play for.
Phil Parker brought scores level straight after the break with his second of the match. Wez Barker put Mirror Signal back in the lead 4 minutes later. A flurry of goals ensued from both sides; goals from Josh and Jack from Mirror Signal and a couple more for Phil from Oooze kept the game tight going into the final 5 minutes. Mirror Signal however had other ideas. Late goals from Jack and Josh Morrisey restored Mirror Signal’s lead to two and with no time on the clock, it gave them the points.


Wellspring FC vs Inter Yermam

Only Kruls & Horses vs Wellspring FC
First played third in this clash, Only Kruls still sit undefeated at the top of the Tuesday championship; Wellspring need to keep the points tally ticking over to have a chance of being second come the end of the season.
James Thornley got Only Kruls off to the perfect start, a hattrick inside 14 minutes, with only one reply from Wellspring, meant they were in a position to kick on for the rest of the half. Marcus Acott and Seb etchells added their names to the score sheet before James Thornley got his fourth of the half. With a 6 goal lead at half time, it looked as though the points were headed to the undefeated league leaders.
Wellspring came out second half with the bit between their teeth. Lewis Arden got the first goal of the half, but the response came, once again, from James Thornley – he added another two goals to his tally. Mike Cocks and Jamie Berrisford however managed to get another two for Wellspring to start to put Only Kruls under pressue. Lewis Arden and Mike Devvit each managed a goal in the last minute of the game, but despite a valiant effort ata come back they fell a little short. Only Kruls stay undefeated at the top of the table.


Exeter Gently vs LQ FC
If Inter Row Z want to secure promotion to the Tuesday premiership, then they will need to keep picking up points in the remaining games this season.
A quick fire of goals in the early stages of this game saw LQ FC go 2-1 up in the opening 9 minutes; a couple from Daniel Atherden for LQ FC and Ray Donnelly replying for Inter Row Z. Matthew Brierley put LQ FC 3-1 up in the 18th minute before Callum added one for Inter Row Z, taking the game into half time with a one goal swing for LQ FC.
Ray donnellys second half performance for Inter Row Z was more than enough to ensure he got the man of the match vote for this game. Four goals in a 15 minute spell in the second half went a long way to ensure that Inter took the points. Within the goal splurge, Alex Brash had added one for LQ FC; but a 7th goal of the game for Inter came thanks fo Ryan McAndrew, to give them the points and a 7-4 win.
