Oooze FC vs El Caliente

Oooze FC v El Caliente was a game of two teams who found themselves at the wrong end of the table. A win for El Caliente would see them right back in the scrap for survival, where as a win for Oooze would see the get some breathing space on the bottom two.

Unfortunately, El Caliente didnt get off to the best start, they conceded an own goal in the 3rd minute of the game to give Oooze the momentum. They capitalised on this by going 4-0 up inthe opening 11 minutes. Danny pulled one back for El Caliente, but it didnt take long for Oooze to restore their 4 goal margin. Nathan reduced the deficit, but with a 3 goal advantage, Oooze were in the driving seat.

Jamie Berrisford got on the score sheet early in the second half for Oooze. Danny, Nath and Ryan managed three for El Caliente in the second half but that still left them short as Jamie Berrisford got his hattrick for the match and gave Oooze a 9-5 win.

J Stands Barmy Army vs Oooze FC

Mirror Signol Malouda vs Cheadle FC

At the half way point of the Tuesday season, these two found themselves at the right end of the table.With oonly three points between them, a win for Cheadle would see them close the gap on table topping Mirror Signal Malouda.

Evan got Cheadle off the mark first and Harry Lee doubled their advantage in the 7th minute. EVan added to his tally in the 9th, beofre Dan Kitch gave Cheadle a 4-0 lead after only 14 minutes. Mirror Signal Malouda managed to reduce the defecit Wez Barker and Jimmy getting a couple back for them.

Wez added to his tally after thhe restart, but once again Evan Farrell and Harry Lee increased Chadle’s lead to three. At 6-3 down, Mirror Singall clicked into gear. A second half atttrick from Jimmy, plus goals from Callum Jones and Wez Barker meant Mirror Signal completed their comeback and took the points as they won 8-6.

 

El Caliente vs Insole

LQ FC vs Wellspring FC

At the half way point of the Tuesday season, Wellspring found themselves second plce in the league and still in touching distance of top of the table. A win for LQ FC would push them further away from botton of the table.

Jamie Berrisford got Wellspring off to the perfect start with two goals in three minutes; before Lewis Arden added a third for the team to give them a 3-0 lead within 5 minutes. Alex Brash pulled one back for LQ FC, but it was Wellspring who kicked on in this half.  Wellspring picked apart the LQ defence with ease, goals from Lewis, Jamie, Nathan and Mike Devitt put them in complete control of this game. Alex Brash did get two back for LQ FC before the break – was this the start of the comeback?

It took 5 minutes in the second half for Wellspring to score again, Murray Tupman getting on the scoresheet. Tim Price and Khaled Ukash scored for LQFC to bring the score back to 8-5 to Wellspring and with ehough time on the clock, they still had a chance. Jamie added thee more for Wellspring to take the game beyond LQ FC, but Matthew Brierley and Victor reduced the defecit.

Only Kruls & Horses vs Inter Row Z

Only Kruls and Horses look to be running away with Tuesday championship. Having played six, won 6 could they continue the form that’s found them leaders of the league?

James Thornley put the league laders two up in the first 3 minutes of the match with his early brace of goals, but Ray Donnelly and Callum Walmsley weren’t going to surrender the game quite so easily. James Thornley showed why he was given man of the match in this one, another three goals in four minutes gave his team a 5-2 lead after 12 minutes. Ray Donnelly pulled one back for Inter Row Z; but Marcus Acott restored the 3 goal advantage for Only Kruls going into the break.

Ray Donnelly got his hattrick after the restart, but Only Kruls continued to give Inter Row Z’s defence a torrid time for the rest of the match. James Thornley got his 6th of the game, Brad Gilman scored his second half hattrick ad a couple from Seb Etchells meant Only Kruls strengthened their grip on top spot with a 13-5 win.
