Recap
Ji Sung Park The Bus were back for a second week after a fairly chastening opening night defeat to Strikeforce last week, and their task wasn’t made any easier this week when only 5 lads turned up for the game…… Woodleystone were missing some of their own regulars this week.
With the extra Ballers experience, and the extra man, Woodleystone were always going to be in comfortable control of this one, and so it turned out as two goals from Jake Shaw, one from Louis Moore, two from Tom Allen and three from Oliver Parr saw them go into the break with an 8-1 lead after Luke Isherwood grabbed the solitary Ji Sung Strike of the half.
With the game won Woodleystone at least evened the game up by dropping to 6 lads for the second period, and the second half was a little tighter as a result. Lee Sellers opened the second half scoring for the new boys, but Allen and Louis Moore added another couple for the Raiders. Allen, Parr and Jon Shipman added further goals for Woodleystone as the half went on, while Sellers grabbed another two and Isherwood another one for Ji Sung as the game ended in a comfortable Woodleystone win.
