Recap
With AC Milmanchester having lost their first game of the evening, you’d be forgiven for thinking the wind might have been knocked out their sails. The title was still to be decided going into this one, a superior goal difference from Old Reddish would see AC Milmanchester take the title.
Chris Espley got Strikeforce off to the ideal start as they looked to play party poopers, before a goal for each team saw the score at 2-1 within ten minutes. Jimmy got his second of the night for AC Milmanchester a few minutes later to draw the scores level. Goals continued to flow for the remainder of the second half as the teams exchanged alternate goals to leave the half time score 5-4 to Strikeforce.
The second half belonged to AC Milmanchester. 8 goals came throughout the half without as Jimmy rounded off a great night for himself, bagging 5 in the match. Mike Garratt added one more to the tally for Strikeforce in the last minute, but it was far too little too late as AC Milmanchester took the points and the title.
