Ji Sung Park The Bus v Pathetico Madrid

Recap

Ji Sung Park The Bus had a rough run of early games in their time with us while they waited for the new season to start, but went in against Pathetico Madrid this week who finished bottom of the lot last time around.

It might take a little longer for the new boys to settle (and to be fair they did struggle for numbers this week), as Liam Needham’s opening goal in the 5th minute lead to a spell of three goals in three minutes through an own goal and goals from Craig Moss and Nathan Thomson. Two more goals in the final 5 minutes of the half from Needham and James Littlewood put the result to bed with the second half still to play.

Pathetico scored their goals in bunches throughout the game, and another spell of three in three, two from Needham and one from Thomson made it 9-0 with 15 minutes left. Thomson and Joe Bates scored in the final 5 minutes to seal a comfortable win for the more experienced side. There’s always next week……..
